Service Facts

Getting you started

Visa information and application support

We will help you through every step of the application process to a Kaplan Aspect school. Any visa requirements of the destination country can be explained to you and invaluable assistance given to help ensure you are accepted to your first-choice destination.

Insurance
In most cases, travel and/or medical insurance will be required for the duration of your studies abroad. You have the option of choosing the Kaplan Aspect comprehensive policy that includes cover for medical expenses, loss of belongings, legal expenses and personal liability.

Airport transfer service
The optional Kaplan Aspect airport transfer service takes the unknown out of arriving in a new country. We can arrange for a friendly, Kaplan Aspect representative to meet you at the airport and take you directly to your accommodation.

During your studies

24-hour emergency support

All Kaplan Aspect schools have a 24-hour emergency contact number for students. This means that should you have any problems after school hours, you can contact a staff member for advice and assistance any time during your stay.

Social programme
Each of our schools has a dedicated activities coordinator who plans an exciting and varied programme of social activities every week. Joining in with organised activities is great way to make the most of local attractions, get to know your fellow international students and practice your growing English skills. Whether you want to scuba dive off the Australian coast, watch ice hockey in Toronto, walk Boston's historic Freedom Trail or try Scottish dancing in Edinburgh, there will always be something to look forward to.

For more information about social programmes and an example timetable, go to the locations section, choose you preferred location and take a look at the 'local information' section!
