Through providing comprehensive university Foundation programs, Diploma programs and Graduate Diploma programs, hundreds of students have now progressed to Nottingham Trent University upon successful completion of their program at Nottingham Trent International College.

University Foundation & Diploma Programs in Nottingham, UK

University Foundation and diploma programs at Nottingham Trent International College are designed specifically to equip international students with the required academic, subject-based and English language skills necessary to succeed at a UK university.

Admission to UK undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at the Nottingham Trent University is guaranteed upon successful completion of the program at the required level.

  • University Foundation Certificate programs: Allows you to reach GCE ‘A’ level equivalent standard quickly and progress either to Year 1 of an undergraduate degree or to the Diploma program depending on your chosen subject.

  • Diploma programs: Fast-track to Year 2 of a three-year undergraduate degree program in your chosen subject. This allows you to skip the Foundation Certificate and graduate with your degree within 3 years. The Diploma is an intensive course allowing you to specialise early on in either Computing or Business and graduate onto Year 2 of the degree upon successful completion to the required level.

  • Graduate Diploma programs: Progress directly onto a Masters degree in your chosen subject area, upon successful completion at the required level.

  • Pre-Sessional English: We offer Pre-Sessional English language courses throughout the year for students who do not meet our English entry criteria. We will contact students regarding a place on a pre-sessional English course as part of their individual study program.

Nottingham Trent International College Student Accommodation

Nottingham Trent International College provides accommodation to students enrolled on our UK university Foundation, Diploma and Graduate Diploma programs through trusted accommodation providers in Nottingham, UK.

Arriving in a foreign country can be a daunting and exciting experience, so we want to make it as easy as possible for you. We try to arrange everything in advance so when you arrive we meet you at the airport and take you directly to your accommodation. The Glasshouse

Located on Union Road in Nottingham’s city centre, 10 minutes’ walk from Nottingham Trent International College. Shared flats of four, five and six fully furnished rooms with broadband internet and a shared kitchen/living area are available for university Foundation program, Diploma program and Graduate Diploma program students.

Cotton Mills

Located on Radford Boulevard, a 10-minute bus ride from Nottingham Trent International College. Shared flats of four, five and six individual bedrooms with private showers, communal lounge and kitchen are available to university Foundation program, Diploma program and Graduate Diploma program students.

Trinity Square

Located on North Church Street, a 5-minute walk from the Nottingham international college. Shared flats with private showers, communal lounge and kitchen available to university Foundation program, Diploma program and Graduate Diploma program students.

Liberty Living

Located on Liberty Square, a 10-minute walk from our Nottingham Trent International College. Single rooms with shared bathroom and free internet available to university Foundation program, Diploma program and Graduate Diploma program students.

St Peter’s Court

Located on Midland Avenue, a 10-minute bus ride from the International College in Nottingham. Rooms have private showers, and there is an on-site gym available to university Foundation program, Diploma program and Graduate Diploma program students.

Although you can arrange your own accommodation, living in the halls of residences has many benefits and we encourage students to take advantage of this. The residences are safe and secure, can be booked in advance and you will meet people from many different parts of the world.
